Hospitality Suite

We will have a hospitality room available onsite for members looking for a place to rest and chat.  There will be some food items available for purchase in the hospitality suite during the convention but pre-purchased snack cards will be the only form of payment accepted.  You can purchase these cards at 2 locations onsite; Fundraising table and Registrations table.  The punch cards cost $10.00 and may be used in $1.00 increments for purchases in the Hospitality Suite. 

The Hospitality Suite is located on main convention level (level 2) just off the foyer.  We expect the room to be open most time during the convention from Friday around 4 PM - 11 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 11 PM and Sunday 8 AM - 11 AM.  However, the room may be closed during the main meetings.
