Registration Confirmation
When you register for CCNA using our online portal a completed page will load after you finalize the registration. You can take a picture of that page for your records. However, the registration system will email you a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you selected to pay by email money transfer, be sure to send the full amount owing within 24 hours to avoid the registration being deleted from our system.
If you cannot find the registration in your email, you can send us a ticket requesting a copy. Be sure to share as much info as you can to make it easy for us to find the record; name, phone, email, approximate date of purchase, method of payment and what items you purchased.
